Armada Nowlit, a JV of Armada Energy, has obtained the approval for its acquisition of natural gas assets from the Court of the King's Bench of Alberta. The assets are located in Wabasca-Desmarais, Municipal District of Opportunity and are expected to supply the power of a 50MW data center.

Armada Energy, in collaboration with Invest Alberta, has announced a USD 200 million investment plan in Alberta. Our strategy focuses on acquiring underutilised oil and gas assets and developing distributed energy infrastructure to power compute clusters that optimize wasted energy resources and foster equitable energy systems. We have successfully partnered with Nowlit Power Corp. to bid on a project in the province and are actively exploring further acquisition opportunities.
